God answers prayers. But someone needs to pray so He can answer.

There are people in the body of Christ that enjoy praying for others. They understand how to pray and earnestly want to pray. Many realize that prayer is their ministry.

Many local churches have some kind of prayer chain or other ways to share prayer requests of the members. That is good. The effectiveness of that system is based on the quality and quantity of intercessors. Some times these local prayer warriors can become over worked. So who supports these laborers? Sometimes there are crisises, complex challenges or confidential matters.

Thank God there are various prayer groups online that welcome prayer requests. On this section are the groups to contact for prayer support.

Here is what I do when requesting prayers for myself or others. And you can do the same.

I write a brief summary of the request in a word processor. I use first names. Then I select all the document and copy. I open the links to the prayer groups listed below one by one. And I paste the request in the suitable area. Then I click the submit button.

In order to get back to this Prayer hub list of links I click the Back Arrow in the top left of the screen a few times.

Over the years I have witnessed amazing answers to prayers personally and for many others.

I suggest that people make requests proportional to the needs. If there is an on-going medical or financial need then go ahead and make more than one request. For example one per day with progress reports may be appropriate for those in the hospital while in a delicate condition.

You can be confident that there are many people at each of these sites that are waiting to pray. There are those that understand their contribution to the body of Christ is to intercede.

You can find listings of the prayer requests of others on most of these sites. You can read these to help model your requests. And you can become a blessing to others by praying over these requests.
